My stay at Favehotel Kelapa Gading was decent overall. The location is quite good, with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby. However, I encountered some service issues that were frustrating. Favehotel Kelapa Gading offered me a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, being just minutes from major shopping centers, which made exploring easy. However, the room conditions left much to be desired, with a heavy door and an AC that I couldn't adjust manually. The staff were friendly, especially Melita, who went out of her way to assist me. I'd consider staying again, but only if I could secure a better room.
